This annual list is created by\u00a0<em>Accounting Today<\/em>\u00a0and Best Companies Group to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in the accounting industry. This is the fifth time that LMGW has been included in the annual list.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0<em>Best Accounting Firms to Work for<\/em>\u00a0list is made up of a total of 100 companies, split into three groups: 51 small-sized companies (15-49 employees), 43 medium-sized companies (50-249 employees) and 6 large-sized companies (more than 250 employees). LMGW has been named one of the\u00a0<em>Best Accounting Firms to Work for<\/em>\u00a0in the small firm category.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->Accounting firms from across the country entered the two-part survey process to determine the\u00a0<em>Best Accounting Firms to Work for<\/em>. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated firm\u2019s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. This part of the process was worth approximately 25% of the total evaluation.\u00a0The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top firms and the final ranking. This part of the process was worth approximately 75% of the total evaluation.\u00a0Best Companies Group managed the overall registration, survey and analysis process and determined the final rankings.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLMGW has been very successful in attracting strong talent to our team.
